At Poppy & Ember, every item is crafted and packaged with care. Because many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or seasonal, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds for Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once verified, we will issue a refund or replacement for the damaged product.

Non-Returnable Items

All purchases are considered final sale unless the item is damaged in transit. We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personal preference or change of mind

  • Incorrect size, scent, or color selections

  • Items lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
